Readers in the greater Houston area have long enjoyed Cindy Price's column A Slice of Life, which explores the humor and irony found in everyday life. Cindy is also a naturalist, writing and photographing for the educational Urban Naturalist column. In all her writings, Cindy shares her zest for life. Her first book, The Second Bailout, is a true World War II story. Her latest book, In My Humble Opinion, is a collection of her thoughtful essays that leave readers laughing or crying, and most certainly with a new way of looking at the ordinary things that surround us each day.
Proceeds from her books benefit local museums, animal welfare organizations, and nature centers. She and her husband live in League City.
